ATF stepped in it. These lawsuits that Stephen is filiing may blow 922 out of the water completely. This is a good thing.
They messed up by not following the letter of the law that allows trusts.
So, yeah...
Screw ‘em.

This should be the biggest story right now, the NRA need to support this repeal effort now. They must redeem themselves for supporting gun control in the first place!
Although I am curious how this will effect Holder, considering that he is no longer the Attorney General?
