Female Sailors to be Assigned to Submarines with Female Officers

The Navy said it will deploy enlisted female sailors in 2016 aboard submarines with female officers already assigned to them.

In July, the Navy announced that enlisted female sailors will begin deploying on submarines in 2016. The enlisted women will be placed on ships with female officers where those naval officers can function as role-models and mentors, Connor said.

"We will build upon the ships that have women officers to lead and bring in senior women at the chief petty officer level just like we did with the women supply officers," he explained.

There are currently more than 100 female Navy officers serving on submarines, Vice Adm. Mike Connor, commander Atlantic submarine force, said Thursday at the Naval Submarine League's annual symposium in Falls Church, Va.

"They are doing well," Connor said.

Someone at the Pentagon needs to Google “menstrual cycle synchronization”.

That would also mean simultaneous PMS

I hope the standards were the same as those for men in damage control training, and that the standards haven’t been reduced.

Somehow I doubt it.

Before criticizing the Navy, you Freepers should ask yourselves what could possibly go wrong?

This?

Before they do this, I’d like to see them publicly address the issue they’ve had on aircraft carriers - prostitution. Every carrier in the fleet has this issue. They didn’t have it when there weren’t women serving in the fleet.

Now we are exporting the concept to Subs. We haven’t fixed the problem we’ve got on the carriers. Now we want to put women on subs.

Doesn’t sound like a good idea.

Will “butch” be a new rank for the silent fleet?

Sometimes it’s the officers you have to keep an eye on. I know of a lieutenant (female) who was sent home early from two separate deployments for doing the horizontal mambo with some enlisted guys.

I’m not a sailor but it seems like there is more hard physical lifting & levering kind of labor on a sub than even on an aircraft carrier.

I'm not a sailor either, but I read about them in a book :-) Each torpedo weighs between 1,000 and 1,500 lbs, and has to be worked on in constrained space. Failure of the powered loader won't be correctable by the muscle power of sailors. Furthermore, in battle conditions all the hatches are closed and secured; if you started with six sailors in the compartment, that's all you are going to have until the end. You cannot trivially summon more.

A bigger issue is going to be damage control tasks.

I’ve seen footage of big, hefty guys being put on their a**es and kept there by popped flanges in the DC trainer/simulator at Groton. Having to even get to, let alone wrench down a popped flange thats spewing water at a higher pressure than a fire hose, is not something slight/petite humans (regardless of gender) can easily do.

They said that about the surface fleet too. Some ships based in San Diego were nicknamed “love boats” because of the pregnancy rates.

It’s yet another new world order war criminal policy designed to bring about misery and destruction for the sheeple.

NWO controls the top of the hierarchy and it rots from the top down.

It’s a treasonous policy, like all NWO policies, which are all aimed at secret control of government over the sheeple and inflicting slavery and misery on them.

NWO leadership needs to be tried, convicted and punished for their war crimes and other crimes.
