No. She has not accepted being quarantined. She is refusing to quarantine herself.
The girl is a liar. She claimed she wanted to go home, but she didn’t. She went to visit her boyfriend, she didn’t go home. And now she is somewhere but not at the boyfriend’s house. She is in hiding, probably in a hotel.
