I have no problem with that as long as she is willing to pay for any consequences for her action. If Ebola infection can be traced back to her then she needs to pay for at least 50% of the medical costs.

That agreement needs to be up front and drawn up by professional lawyers specializing in medical cases.

The nurse in question could post a surety bond to cover any costs incurred by a third party treating Ebola patients traced back to her.

Her options are to get the surety bond or under go quarantine. There is no third option.
