so what happens if I’m on a flight from Dulles or Newark et al, and I’m assigned a seat next to a Liberian who just changed planes form a flight from Brussels ???
May I refuse to sit there and ask for another seat ???

A person might also get infected by touching a surface or object that has germs on it and then touching their mouth or nose. Yes, the CDC will probably 'come clean' about risks involved in planes and especially plane bathrooms... soon...
