Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin blasted CNN and anchor Carol Costello for apologizing to Politico instead of directly to her family after Costello told her audience to "enjoy" a frantic audio tape of a young woman (Bristol Palin) telling police that an adult man assaulted her.
Costello, herself a domestic abuse victim, found the audio tape hilarious. She apologized but refused to do so on the air or directly to the Palins. CNN, the network that essentially accused Palin of inciting an attempted murder without any evidence after Gabby Giffords' shooting, gleefully reported on the gossip previously and was even shamed by its own media reporter.

What a worthless apology (if even one). They have not even called Palin personally to apologize from what Sarah Palin has posted on her face book page. Why would she or anyone even lower themselves of dignity to fall to that kind of meaningless apology when it’s only CNN scapegoating how bias and unethical that their female so called anchor is.

Carol Costello is sick twisted b****. If the Communist News Network was sincere they would fire that strumpet, but in effect she was merely expressing the consensus of the left about a great American Patriot.
What’s with you? You need to get a sense of humor and sense of propriety. Her family was insulted on national tv and she responded. She fights back. It doesn’t make her George Washington but no one but you compared her to that.
Her favorite founding father was GW (as he is mine), btw, and she was excoriated about that by Joe “Deliverance” Scarborough.
She wasn’t fired because others at CNN agree with her. Notice the crosshairs on Sarah in the photo behind Costello. The CNN producer did that, not Costello. Costello was stating her opinion which agreed with the network’s position.
Remember all the flak that Sarah got for putting map targets on a map? This target is right on Sarah’s face and the message to their loony viewers is clear, “It’s OK to target Sarah Palin.”
I am on Dish Satellite. They dumped CNN. I don’t miss them...

I wasn’t trying to do smartass. I’m really beyond the whole Palin worship thing. She screwed us over in 2012 by playing coy and acting like she might run and then not running just as soon as the last conservative in the primaries dropped out, and all the Palin fans helped to drive them out to make room for their Prom Queen. She was the Ross Perot in that election and it has cost America dearly. She’s nice eye-candy and fun to listen to, but that’s all she is.
