Rep. Carolyn Maloney Pushes Irrelevant Gun Laws After Marysville School Shooting

Following reports that Marysville-Pilchuck High School freshman Jaylen Fryberg shot and killed one fellow student and wounded four others at school on October 24, Representative Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) called for the passage of new gun control measures that were irrelevant to the Marysville attack.

Yup ms. baloney maloney that would have stopped this act for sure. So, if I-594 passes, would the kid (who couldn't deal with rejection/everybody DOESN'T get a trophy syndrome) have been in trouble for not doing a "transfer" BGC? Or will the Tulalip tribe be exempt from I-594 should if pass. Oh, dang it. He was a freshman? Well then it's against the law for him to possess a handgun anyway. Yup, that worked.

The gun free zone fails to protect, again, in fact many gun free school zone laws make schools less safe, prohibiting even off duty police from carrying a weapon. This is despite federal laws granting LEOs and retired LEOs extensive carry privileges.

Like most goody two shoes laws you get the opposite effect of what is desired.

I caught a few min of this idiot on the Special Ed show yesterday.

Special Ed showed a picture of the kid on his facebook page holding a 17 HMR rifle.

Special Ed made note of the fact that it was ‘a magnum’, he mentioned that a couple times.

The idiot most likely doesn’t know that it is a 17 cal squirrel rifle, and not suited for much else.

I knew she was a fraud from the get-go. When she first ran, she was on Steve Malsberg's old talk show in NYC. She flatly denied that Colincancer Ferguson was racially motivated when he shot up that LIRR train killing her husband and wounding her son. This was more pathetic than the time Mary-Jo Buttafuco was all over the place denying that her husband was cheating on her. At Least MaryJo eventually wised up and divorced the SOB.
