Executive privilege applies to Presidential classified information which involves the security of the U.S. and most formal letterhead directives involving serious security issues. Cell phones, tablets, other media outside established govt. safeguards definitely doesn't apply. The purpose of executive privilege is the protection of the U.S., not the destruction of it.

Welcome to Obama world, but who will do anything about it? I hate to keep using an old worn out cliche, but he has pigment protection. Skin color covers a multitude of sins.
