"It's obvious that we're seeing a concerted and coordinated effort to smear Rob Maness," said Michael Byrne, Maness' campaign manager. "Roger Villere and the LAGOP are doing the bidding of the D.C. Republican-establishment and using Chicago-style tactics to coerce young, enthusiastic, conservatives to say things that they have privately admitted they don't really believe."
The Maness campaign said Ward was pressured into switching from Maness to Cassidy so the Republican Party would support his candidacy for school board.
Ward sent a Facebook message to Maness supporter Shawn Cronan on Oct. 10 that read:
"Shawn, as you know I am running for School Board. The Caddo Executive Committee was going to support me, I need their support, but they heard I was supporting Rob. To take my seat away from a very pro common core Republican, I have to publiclly [sic] support Cassidy. I will still be voting for Rob on Nov. 4th.

Will Maness support Cassidy in the runoff?
These Alinski-like tactics is enough for me to stay home, and urge family to stay home if there’s a run-off between Cassidy and Landrieu.
McDaniel ran a close race to Cochran, and officially received more votes than him in the first round of voting.
Maness, on the other hand, is in single digits in some polls, and is accomplishing nothing other than giving Landrieu a few more weeks time in a run-off, with which she can attempt to save herself.
That is not true he is at 18%. Cassidy at 29%. Maness is surging which is why the GOP is attacking.
You’d let Landrieu win again?
I will not be participating. It’ll be up to the establishment and Landrieu’s dead voters.
It is questionable if either candidate can defeat Landrieu, who has a lot of stealth Republican support too. I don’t think there is much doubt that a runoff will be necessary.
Is Cochran still holding a hefty lead in MS; people there must not know much about politics.

Dude.........It’s Mississippi.
Only two options, be a part of the solution or be a part of the problem.

“The Alinski-like tactics” are mere accusations, which obviously are sufficient for you to want Landrieu/Obama tactics to win.
Yeah. Alinski-like. An infiltrator to a campaign, that may have skimmed off donations at a fundraiser. Investigations are ongoing.
