You have no way of knowing that .. so it’s a false premise.

I guess we are all supposed to remain silent about sin, and praise someone in public and ask God’s blessing on them without rebuking openly evil lives?
ALL Christians have that responsibility. If I’m going to publicly ask God to bless someone, I’m going to first discuss their relation with God with them in private - or decline to endorse them.
