Free Republic is here to defend our Republic and our Constitution and to continue the never-ending fight for the founding principles and our God-given Liberty. We are not going to roll over for the homosexual agenda or the Marxist/fascist ruling class who are trying to "fundamentally transform" America.
No surrender, no retreat!!
Hold the line!!
Our God-given unalienable rights are not subject to debate, negotiation or compromise and that includes our religious freedom and the free exercise thereof!!
Do not give-up your rights to free speech, free religion. Do not give up your guns.
Do not give up on traditional marriage/family. Do not give up on borders. Do not give up on life!!
Do not give up on God or liberty.
God, family, country!!
The fight for liberty burns on in the heart of every man Created by God!!
Give me Liberty or give me death!!
In the meantime, let's keep the lights on here at Free Republic. FR is funded solely by the donations provided by the people who love and use it. We accept no advertising or corporate sponsors. We sell no merchandise or memberships. We are not a 501c and are not subsidized by the government. It's just us freedom loving citizens exercising our first amendment rights, free of any political party, government or outside influences.
So please keep those donations coming in folks. With Obama's government pulling out all stops on the road to fundamentally transforming America--from a free nation to a communist totalitarian state--we need FR now more than ever to keep it free!

Make it a monthly if you can. We have some very generous FReeper sponsors kicking in an extra ten bucks for every new monthly signed up. We have 11 new monthlies signed up so far this quarter.
Or send in a hundred dollars or more per quarter and join I_be_tc's growing list of 300 Club patriots. I_be_tc sends in $100 per quarter and challenges 300 others to do the same. And we have received 72 donations of $100 or more so far this quarter. If we could get 300 FReepers to send in $100 per quarter, these FReepathons would complete much faster.
Thank you all very much!!
God bless.

new thread, everyone: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3219109/posts
I’m sorry to hear that Dear Lady. I am praying for you.
If you will be getting a lot of IV work and blood work done, you may want to consider getting a port implanted. It will save you some pain from the needle sticks.
Goodness, TOL, I am so sorry you’re going through all of this! When it rains it pours, but scratch that because rain won’t be of much use right now. I wish we lived closer, I’d stop by and hang out with you. Meanwhile I’m keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!
Thank you all for your prayers and support. I do believe that your prayers, and the prayers of others for me have a
great deal of influence with my prognosis. Words cannot express how grateful I am for every prayer you say for me.
Actually, my appointment with the oncologist went well. She was very pleased with the results of all my tests and
said that I am in great shape for my age and that my heart is very healthy.
She (Dr. Lu) and my primary oncologist/surgeon (Dr. Murray) and the Hospital Board did a “House” on me with all
my records, and they decided that I am an excellent candidate for successful surgery and recovery.
I am meeting with Dr. Murray on Monday for scheduling the surgery, and I have a few more tests tomorrow, so I’ll
be gone all day, spending my time chatting with Bryan at Akron General Hospital. Just my cup of tea!
With Bryan driving me to the hospital every other day**, we’ve gotten to spend a lot of time together, laughing and
a bit of talking and reminiscing about lots of stuff that we’ve been through over our nearly 42 years of being the best
of friends.
** Exaggerating - It’s only a couple of times a week. ;-)
I’m glad the day went well. My church family is praying.
Thank you so much for listing me in the Prayer Circle, my friend.
They're serious about lifting people up in prayer.
Thank you for the good news!
More prayers. Hang in there!
