I could very well have mis-heard..or misunderstood...what the commentator was saying.The feed I was watching was,as I said,from your CPAC channel (which,I assume,is like our C-SPAN channel) and had annoying commentary in the background.It sounded like French,perhaps a technical snafu caused C-SPAN to broadcast both the English and French audio (I assume that CPAC runs both languages).
