and disenfranchises the legitimate voter.

This should be treated exactly the same way as preventing a legitimate voter from voting.

I agree!! There is a double standard. We have Supremes going to ridiculous lengths to ensure an ID reqmt does not keep them from voting. Yet disallowing the ID reqmt itself disenfranchise voters by setting up a system where voter fraud can occur.

Actually, it is more treachery against one of the sovereigns of this democratic Republic, because we the voters ARE THE REAL sovereigns, so when a verminous vote cheater does its thing it is treachery against the sovereigns ... treason is more what these damned bastages are doing.
