I can’t believe that the president, having decided this is a potential public health threat, names a czar who is not a doctor, and has no healthcare background of any kind.
The only thing Klain will be doing is arranging the crashing of harddrives...period...
He saw another opportunity to seat an un-elected "czar" who would have power to further infringe the rights of the People. It would have been counterproductive to his intentions to seat someone who was actually qualified per the job title. Why change now - none of his czars are position-qualified; they are all left-wing hacks who further his agenda of the destruction of Freedom.

The key here is that, despite what he says, for Obama, this isn't a public health issue. He doesn't give a **** whether we all get sick and die. In fact, he wants to kill as many of us as he possibly can. For him it's a political crisis. He is under fire for this debacle and he needs a scapegoat so he can preserve his image among the dopes who still worship him. Blaming the Republicans isn't working so well for him this time.
