If you drag ten individuals into some local community hospital with Ebola....the care situation is then overwhelmed and the statistical average of the ten surviving...rapidly decline.
When we get around to three hundred in every major urban area within a quarantine situation....the city, state and federal apparatus will no longer be able to handle that much Ebola. National Guard getting called in? I suspect that a quarter of the guys will ask questions and disappear for six months to wait this out. There just aren’t enough National Guardsmen anyway, to handle a mess like this.
