This California law, is fully protected by the 10th Amendment imo. And if California voters don’t like the law but just sit on their hands and don’t work with state lawmakers to do something about it, then Californians deserve the big state government that they have helped to foster with their apathy.

I’m with you - it’s a state issue...

too bad the USSC doesn’t give as much deference to “conservative issues”.

The U.S. Constitution does not mention foie gras and thus California has the right to ban foie gras.

If Cali voters decided to vote for reversing this, some PETA whacko would just get the court to overturn it.
