2. There is also nothing unconstitutional for you saying “I do no consent to you searching my vehicle, I have nothing more to say and I would like to go now.”

1. There is nothing unconstitutional for a policeman to talk with you and ask questions. Maybe not. But don't they have other things to do? You know, like catching REAL criminals.
It's as if the cop wants to start a confrontation. I don't trust any of them anymore. Just isn't safe.
