SIMPLE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM:
YOU WANT TO COME TO THE US FROM AN EBOLA COUNTRY....You get your ticket and visa, on that day you are quaranteened for 30 days, then you get on plane if ok. If you are traveling here , that should be no problem. We don’t cancel visitors, they just wait.
This is just like the nurse in Spain. They told her she HAD to have done something wrong. They made her think back ... Badgered her.
