Back in the ‘70’s some guy kicked what he thought was a cow pie and it really hurt his toe. Turns out it was a huge gold nugget worth a small fortune! Maybe that was the beginnings of the Golden State turning to crappola in the first Jerry Brown maladministration, ya think???
