No hero's welcome for Obama in California
Washington Examiner ^ | OCTOBER 9, 2014 | BRIAN HUGHES

President Obama embarks on a three-day fundraising swing Thursday in California, friendly political territory meant to pump cash into Democratic campaign coffers in the final scramble before November’s midterms.

However, it’s not as friendly anymore as the White House would have hoped.

The president’s support is eroding in even one of the most reliably blue states nationwide, with his approval ratings following the same downward trajectory as in less-welcoming political environments.

The trend, analysts said, is of national importance.

I really never understood how *ANY* sentient being could applaud this guy, let alone give money to or vote for him.

The white leftist koo-koos have always been with us on the west coast, but California cities are now full of immigrants & children of immigrants who've been told by their social workers, ESL instructors, foreign language media that the republican party is full of Jim Crow racists.

I have had many many nonwhite friends and associates and you would not believe what they earnestly think about republicans.

Barring a catastrophe (which is still possible) because of demographics this state is lost to the GOP forever.

And how many $35,000/plate dinners can one attend and be enthralled with how well someone reads from a teleprompter?

Is that old rumor true that he has a taster before he eats
(strange food)?

It’s not his policies that they have a problem with. Rather it’s the constant droning of military helicopters flying from Camp Pendleton over their homes whenever Barry comes to town. I know this from personal experience because they fly directly over neighborhood every time he comes out here, night and day. And I’m not talking about a couple of Apaches. Rather, it’s at least 3 or 4 of those big monster helos that they use to ferry platoons into battle. They are so damn loud that they rattle the windows and cause dishes and pictures to fall off shelves and walls. They set-off car alarms, rile up the dogs and cats, and scare the crap out of the neighborhood at 5AM.

California has huge red areas

A really wonderful visualization of this is an interactive map at Slate:

Equal Population Mapper.

Clicking around on it gives a great idea of red -vs- blue areas.

You would think after all this, that a good conservative geneticist would identify the lib/prog/commie gene and design a lethal virus that could be aerosolized and introduced into the general population.

What’s distressing is that California has offloaded many, many liberals to other states like Colorado, N. Mexico and Arizona, and replaced them with even more liberal immigrants and illegals.

Most all the voting trends in Cali point left.

While we scoff at an ever more lame Baraq, he’s raising huge money for Dems from wealthy liberals.

And the Democrat party (cheered on by the MSM) has the chutzpah to blame Republicans for being funded by rich people.

I really never understood how *ANY* sentient being could applaud this guy, let alone give money to or vote for him.

Nor could I. Even more confusing is how after three years of failure there are those who still believe him to be some kind of hero.

lol! I don't know how I got so sidetracked as to say three years. Yes, it was a full six years of failure and counting. Thanks for the correction. :-)

btw...members of my family have argued on who should be the first female president. Some say Hillary while some say Michelle. Yes, they are insane. But you can bet they all agree on one thing and that is they believe for the past six years Obama has been a great president.

Same is done here in NJ; the newcomers (Hispanics and Asians) are all indoctrinated to believe that Republicans and most whites are hateful racists. It seems to corroborate it for them when Anglo taxpayers engaged in the tax revolt here are depicted as wanting to cut funding for all of the freebies the newcomers came seeking.

He dare not appear in public, the real public. He is reduced to appearing at staged events with intense security.
