It’s a combination of things. Having positive rallies from multiple high profile figures like Palin coming to town has re-energized a divided GOP base after a bruising primary - that and time has probably helped - the further you get away from the primary, the more Republicans are “coming home” - especially as more is known about the “independent” Orman.
