......and the dead and the infirm shall awaken.......the incarcerated shall be released.......the hands of the mentally challenged shall be guided .....multitudes from neighboring states shall swarm like locusts upon the Pelican state......and the legitimate majority shall again be in awe at how miraculous it is for the loser to suddenly clothe themselves in the vestments of a winner...
