“THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE.”
Know any other good party jokes???
Are normal Americans supposed to be happy or what? I’ll pass on this freak show.
Nothing really new for Charleston, the Port City has been Faggie Central in S.C. for generations.
The rule of law is dead.
The Constitution is dead.
America has been fully engulfed by evil.
Well, time to burn those offending institutions to the ground. How much longer will the few decent people left in America continue to play the Uniparty game? THEY’VE BOTH MURDERED THE REPUBLIC!
Condon condoning Condon's conduct?
It’s apparently time to bring back the American tradition of tar and feathering politicians and judges.
Pass all the laws you want, there is no such thing as same-sex marriage. Never has been, and never will be.
Law which is not in accord with an underlying natural law is not law. Government which attempts to rule in opposition to natural law is a lawless government.
Rule by a lawless government is tyranny. The fact that the people have willingly chosen to be ruled by moral imbeciles and empty souls is its own tragedy which will only be compounded as time goes on.
People are often complicit in their own misery. Tracing back you often find that tragedy was freely chosen.
Lindsey and Johnny, sitting in a tree ...
Great post.
With all due respect to Judge Condon, he swore to protect and defend the Constitution. And the Constitution gives the states the 10th Amendment-protected power to make laws which prohibit constitutionally unprotected gay marriage.
I don’t understand. Obviously, Scalia predicted this. I was reading an article where Scalia was talking about what would happen, & it seems he didn’t think SSM bans were unconstitutional. Makes me think SCOTUS is trying to bypass state laws against homosexuals. Only problem, is I read it takes 4 votes to take an appeal. Why wouldn’t 4 justices vote so they could uphold states’ rights to define marriage?
They aren’t marriages.
She’s his relative. How convenient.
Maybe a $10,000 marriage permit?
Marriage like driving is a privilege.
Have the Gay Marriage Chapels above the Abortion clinics to remind everyone why it is both immoral and legal.
Thank you justice Kennedy.
Condon condoning Condon’s conduct?
...yes, as long as they’re in the privacy of their own condo, and they both use condoms...oh, wait...
...along those lines, how would you like to be a rubber merchant, once homosexual marriage really hits its stride...?
