I quit listening to Michael Medved because even when he is 100% wrong, he is arrogant and condescending to his callers.
Example: He smugly asserted that he was not aware of any businesses negatively impacted by illegal immigration. The caller cited his own construction company as an example, but Medved was dismissive and insulting.
I can’t listen to the guy, he’s a jerk. Right a lot, but wrong a lot a and a jerk about it.
It bothers me when decent hard working U. S. Citizens are laughed at, whey they are replaced by foreign nationals.
This isn’t simple capitalism at work. It’s the defeat of capitalism.
If we don’t employ citizens with decent enough wages, then who supports this nation, it’s infrastructure?
People who come here legally and in controlled numbers, should be incorporated into our system, but to simply allow an industry like construction to be gutted of U. S. Citizen participation, it’s very wrong.
Yes, Medvid does fall into a trap when he disses people who have legitimate concerns. It doesn’t make him look superior. It makes him look inferior.
Thanks for the comments.
