Doubt it. IIRC, he was taken off the street a couple of days back, and there would be no logical reason to transport him 30 miles north of central Dallas to admit him to a medical facility. Dallas proper has plenty of medical facilities to handle this.

The motion was filed at 2PM on Monday, but I haven’t found any updates about the disposition...whether the Court granted the petition, and whether Texas State Health Services was subsequently able to locate and detain him.
If this is a different guy, does that make two active ebola cases in the Dallas/Frisco area? Dr. Lakey, (commissioner of the Texas Department of State Health Services), stated in the petition that this guy was “reasonably suspected of being infected...”
