How about just not going to a prostitute? If no one was buying, they wouldn't be selling. Teenage girls are forced into prostitution all over the world, including in the US. They need rescue, not killing. When our Lord Jesus encountered prostitutes, did he dine with them and offer them counsel to sin no more, or did he behead them as you suggest?
