All it takes to be a 'community organizer' is to say these words, "I'm a community organizer".
Now if some white person tried that trick - self appointing themselves as spokesperson for all the white people in a neighborhood or city - the press would laugh them out of town... but every black person's allowed to speak for all blacks in a town, city, state or country by declaring themselves 'a community organizer'.
At least in the old days local communists had to accept you.. but not today - just open your mouth and it's done...it's nuts.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...
