At some point the 13th Amendment kicks in. Politician will acknowledge that we are NOT SLAVES. People like Ebama can call Americans "selfish," all day long. But the basic point still stands: WE have to survive too!

We have to keep some of our resources! We need our OWN money, to buy medical services for OURSELVES! To take care of our own families. We just can't be bled dry down to zero, by several billion people around the world.

I am just wondering -- when will that point will be reached? When will happen, and when will WE start being protected ---- when will basic self defense be viewed as OK and "politically correct"!

When I hear the director of the CDC explain that everyone who has come in contact is “monitored”, I can only assume that the disease does not spread before symptoms appear. If this is not the case, then this disease is going to go gangbusters. A quarantine that commences only after symptoms appear would be useless otherwise.

Thank God this is “only” ebola and not the Black Plague or small pox we’re dealing with. Otherwise, all this “P.C” and bleeding heart crap they’re doing will kill all of us off.

If he has no symptoms then the disease can not be spread. So says CDC and WHO. Hygiene among homeless is lacking, we’ll see what happens.

I've been homeless in the field (combat engineer) and homeless once after moving to another state from a very corrupt locale. I kept clean every day, worked hard, stayed sober, etc. Didn't get much sleep or much to eat, though.

Seems the ambulance picked him up later that same day. Hopefully, the virus couldn’t find its way through all the grunge on his outside and couldn’t get past the alcohol on the inside.

You are an outlier, most homeless are not particularly clean.
