63 is still young -- if "60 is the new 40".
I'm wondering how he managed that.

The regimes of both leaders tortured and killed political opponents and relied on a dreaded civilian militia known as the Tonton Macoutes.Hmmmm ...
The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Papa Doc, Baby Doc.
Reminds me of Punch and Pinch Sulzberger.
Does his kid have a nickname, too?

Most of the “Black” leaders in America are actually mulatto.

I've wondered if this word is now politically incorrect to use, or has just gone out of use in the US.
The original Spanish/Portuguese word is derived from the word for "mule" because the mule is a cross between a horse and a donkey. So the term could be considered disrespectful, but I don't know if anyone is offended by it. Although in America, it is a safe bet that every possible word is going to offend some group or another.
