Newt Gingrich : 11 GOP Principles for America

=====================================================

11 GOP Principles for America

Republican Party Chairman Reince Priebus gave a very good speech yesterday focused on 11 principles for American renewal. They are eleven positive statements about what Republicans believe we must do about the challenges confronting America.

Newt Gingrich Podcast

Take a look at his list of Republican principles below. How many do you agree with?

1. Our Constitution should be preserved, valued and honored.2. We need to start growing America’s economy instead of Washington’s economy so that working Americans see better wages and more opportunity.

3. We need to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution, make government more efficient, and leave the next generation with opportunity, not debt.

4. We need to start over with real healthcare reform that puts patients and their doctors in charge, not unelected bureaucrats in Washington.

5. Our veterans have earned our respect and gratitude, and no veteran should have to wait in line for months or years just to see a doctor.

6. Keeping America safe and strong requires a strong military, growing the economy, energy independence, and secure borders.

7. Every child should have an equal opportunity to get a great education; no parent should be forced to send their child to a failing school.

8. The best anti-poverty program is a strong family and a good job, so our focus should be on getting people out of poverty by lifting up all people and helping them find work.

9. Our country should value the traditions of family, life, religious liberty, and hard work.

10. We should make America energy independent by encouraging investment in domestic energy, lowering prices, and creating jobs at home.

11. We need an immigration system that secures our borders, upholds the law, and boosts our economy.

You can vote on which of these principles are the three most important at GOP.com. How many of the 11 do you agree with? You can let me know where you stand on each of them here.

Your Friend,

Newt

Speaker Gingrich,

It is my hope that you will read this Free Republic post, and my own comments, as the poster of your article.

There is perhaps no more loyal supporter of Newt Gingrich's ideas at Free Republic than myself.

Sir, you often display the courage and brilliance of Sir Winston Churchill.

Your quotation (below) is admirable ... and EXACTLY defines the moral-political-finacial CRISIS that we face in this DEADLY October of 2014.

"We have to frankly break the back of the secular-socialist machine, elect people committed to representing the American people, and then methodically rip the system apart."

~Newt Gingrich, 2012

===============================================

Speaker Gingrich ...

America (Land of the Free and Home of the Brave) is in GRAVE DANGER of an impending disaster, albeit caused by Ebola, an Iranian-EMP attack, ISIS or something else up Obama's evil Kenyan-Islamic sleeve.

That statement is "not" political hyperbole.

Speaker Gingrich, what the American people are now witnessing is a level of "treason" not seen since Bill Ayres, Rosenburgs or Daniel Pollard.

Sadly, it is a FACT.

Literally, the lives and safety of ten million Americans are at stake, and Obama's CIA, CDC, DOD are comically marching around like the Three Stooges.

They are joined by the corrupt despicable idiots in the Republican Party Leadership !
They are joined by the corrupt despicable idiots in the Republican Party Leadership !
They are joined by the corrupt despicable idiots in the Republican Party Leadership !

Even DEMOCRATS Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz KNOW that the TEA PARTY is the "only" reason why that feckless fool John Boehner is the current Speaker of the House.

Yet ... John Boehner and Mitch McConnell are the TEA Party's most forceful detractors.

John Bohner and Mitch McConnell FRANTICLY raise millions of dollars (and Mexican pesos) to DEFEAT TEA Party candidates in the primaries.

As a superb historian, Speaker Gingrich, even you would have difficulty trying to recall a most politically-self-destructive GANG of CORRUPT IDIOTS like the current Republican Party.

Even you, Speaker Gingrich, were politically butchered at the hands of the GOP bloodsuckers in the 2012 GOP Presidential Primaries.

You WON the PIVOTAL SOUTH CAROLINA PRIMARY ...

and yet the evil GOP leadership conspired to "politically" assassinate you.

I watched these events (firsthand) while working in the Florida Primary ... and sending you whatever funds I could scrounge up.

Indeed, it's possible that you remember me ... as the gray haired gentlemen who addressed you as "Mr. President" as you departed the Tampa Airport Rally (on election day) as both you and Callista graced my copy of The Federalist Papers with you audiograpghs.

Speaker Gingrich ... I "do" ACCURATELY speak for ten million (or more) American Patriot Conservatives ...

who wish that John Boehner, Mitch McConnell and (ESPECIALLY) Reince Priebus would just "go live on the moon" ...

which is how an evangelical Christian tells someone to "GO TO HELL".

Where the HELL was "Saint" Reince Priebus when the WINNER of the 2014 Mississippi GOP Senate Primary (Thad Cochran) had his victory stolen from him by the GOP-Elite ?

How many Champagne toasts did Karl Rove and Mitch McConell share over that act of political EVIL ?

Speaker Gingrich, I hope that you REFLECT CLOSELY on these "scientific truths" ...

Clearly, the only reason that the "Tea Party Haters" John Boehner and Saint Reince Priebus, are making such "conservative " speeches now is ...

MONEY
MONEY
MONEY.

It's a craven $$$$$ appeal to the despicable Chamber of Commerce mafia ...

who would ...

"Sell Their Own Daughters To An Islamic Brothel" ...

to pass ...

Illegal Amnesty NOW !

Speaker Gingrich, with all due respect, Sir, I'm praying that John Bohner, Mitch McConnell and Thad Cochran are replaced by DEMOCRATS in 2014.

Respectfully,

Patton@Bastogne

GOPe peddling generic platitudes to the gullible while they actually run on nothing and stab conservatives in the back

If the GOP does not present and convincingly tout another platform similar to the “Contract with America” they haven’t a ghost of a chance in 2016. The gimmedats and other marxists will have irrevocably captured this great nation. There is no other country out there to come to the rescue. The job is ours like it or not!

2. We need to start growing America’s economy instead of Washington’s economy

Written from where? His office on K Street? Gingrich has been living off of that Washington economy since he stepped down as speaker.

What he wrote is so general that it is meaningless. It sort of sounds like the Romney-Ryan speeches of 2012. Little substance.

This is the same BS the GOP always promotes. Then we put them in power and they never do anything about it. The first thing a GOP Senate will do is pass amnesty. Just wait and see.

I must say Newt Gingrich was a brilliant strategist when he pulled off the 1994 Republican comeback. I believe only one political commentator, the weekend before the election predicted that the Republicans would capture both the House and the Senate. The NPR’s Washington Week in Review, Ken Bode made the prediction.

However, I lost all respect for Newt when he allied with Nancy Pelosi. More recently he has allied himself with Van Jones, the hard left ideologue, on reforming education in our nation’s prisons. The issue-improving the employment skills of the incarcerated may be a good idea-but to take up the cause with Jones-reprehensible-even worse than the photo with Miss Nancy.

Principles only mean something when actions follow. For instance, limited government, the principle that would solve most of our problems, means nothing unless government starts losing agencies.

“If the GOP does not present and convincingly tout another platform similar to the “Contract with America” they haven’t a ghost of a chance in 2016...”

::::::::::::

It is too bad that so many on the RIGHT cannot see the GOOD in Newt — he is the only FIGHTER (on the Right) I have seen since Reagan. We will lose another election if we do not run a fighter.

As long as these guys refuse to lift a finger to stop the daily slaughter of thousands of little boys and girls by the abortionists, the destruction of the natural family by the sodomites, and the securing of our borders, all their nice words ring completely hollow.

Not to mention that several points in this list betray a statist mindset, one that presumes government has a role that it was never intended to have. Phrases like “growing the economy” and “creating jobs” are the tip off.

It is October. It is far too late to start pretending to be conservative now. Nobody will buy it, especially conservatives. The GOPE has spent their time and money attacking conservatives and backing leftists.

They forced a conservative candidate for Gov in Mass. to spend 3 months in court with their cheating, they totally kept a conservative off their US Senate primary ballot wrongly. The GOPe instead backed a hard-left candidate for Gov.

That guy who beat Cantor in the primary? The result was the local GOP sending their GOTV money to other districts. Just to spite the conservative candidate.

I haven’t even mention Thad Cochran.

We all know the GOPe wants amnesty, we all know they have no intention to repeal ObamaCare, they won’t even defund it. As Boehner said “It is the law of the land and it will be funded”.

Stuff like this is happening all over the country probably.

The idea that the GOPe has any credibility spouting a conservative “contract with America” at this point is retarded.

To his credit, Newt Gingrich has since apoplogized for the "Nancy Pelosi / Global Warming" episoide ... saying that it was perhaps the worst mistake in his life.

I'm unfamiliar with the "Van Jones Prison Education" allegation that you're talking about. I'll presume you're factual in this.

Accordingly, if it's correct, it's a very bad mistake that Newt's making.

Very bad, indeed.

Actually, the whole "speech thing" by Saint Reince Prius ... as President Bush-41 would call it ...

is simply John Boehner's "limp" attempt to echo Newt Gingrich's brilliant 1994 Contract With America.

Newt Gingrich KEPT every one of the 10-point 1994 Contract With America (as I recall) ...

John Boehner will keep NONE of his promises ...

and is saving whatever's left of his "political manhood" to spend it passing an "Illegal Amnesty Bill" in the Congressional Lameduck Session.

America is screwed ... our childen and grandchildren are royally screwed ...

and politicians like John Boehner and Mutch McConnell are the "ky jelly" ...

“7. Every child should have an equal opportunity to get a great education; no parent should be forced to send their child to a failing school.”

Should read as follows:

7. Every child who is a born American citizen should have an equal opportunity to get a great education; no parent should be forced to send their child to a failing school.

Whatever happened to his co-authored environmental book promised for after the 2012 election?

We need to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution...

If so, it must be worded so the government can't just close the gap by raising taxes, that's what Dems will use it for.
It must force the government to cut something instead.

Always believed in Newt. The communists Democrats as well as many communists Republicans have done a good job placing misconceptions and hate in some American minds. It always amazed me how easy it seems to confuse simple minds.

They did the same to Romney.

The same politicians who refuse to pass a balanced budget are promising a balanced budget amendment? It would be easier to pass a balanced budget wouldn’t it?

Have they ever even offered one??

I'm not familiar with that ...

Do you have the title ... available at Amazon ?

If neither of us were provided a draft manuscript, then we'll never know what Newt Gingrich was going to write concerning the environment.

There's little doubt in my mind, however, that Newt would reaffirm that his temporary flirtation with the false-scientic and public relation lies of "Global Warming" was just that ...

a temporary opinion based on "scientific reports" that were later proved to be fraudulent.

Kinda like all the genuine scientists who were fooled by "cold fusion" the "Cardiff giant", "The Great Tasaday Hoax" ...
