Muslims in the Russian capital Moscow have been . . . banned them from carrying out the traditional slaughter ritual. I can't imagine why their traditional slaughter ritual would make anyone uncomfortable.

Russia has a Muslim population of about 15%, and they do as they're told.
The US Muslim population is less than 2% and they do as they please, including head chopping.
