I think this is BS.
Cummings does not shop at a neighborhood grocery store. He likely has one of his taxpayer financed tobys do it for him.

This one is sort of a mixed bag. Obama is by no means a security expert, and good experts don't do a half-baked job without first informing the client of the risks. In the case of the president, I do believe that are situations where the security personnel in fact order him around.
