How about the crew members that will disembark and go to the nearest hotel? Do they go to a special holding area setup to handle these people for lay overs.
If not direct flight from Africa but contains 1 or more passengers from African region with Ebola, do you quarantine all passengers? I say yes because they could have all come in contact. You cannot accept their word on any of it, automatic quarantine and tests.
Refuse in plane? Hazmat team would have to be trained to remove and clean plane?
