No, no, no! The President knew nothing. The reports on ISIS were sitting under his daily security briefings for Benghazi, so how could he have known anything?

Obama won't speak with the people who know what is happening because he's afraid there will be witnesses to his negligence.
I wonder if this can be proven? Talk about voting present! If that isn't dereliction of duty I don't know what is.
