Obviously he didn't think he had a constitutional case to press if he pleaded guilty.
There is nothing we can do now about this.

This is an outrage, another first for Obama’s America, a POLITICAL PRISONER. You can't say that D'Souza is the first political prisoner in American history, but it is an outrage nonetheless.
BTW, D'Souza was thankful to the federal judge who sentenced him to the "halfway house," since that penalty was considerably more lenient than the one year plus in hard time for which the prosecutor was asking.
