He never sold out. Never got on Fox News and his talk radio days were pre-Limbaugh.
And was devoted to his faith and realized that politics is fleeting ...
I’ve never posted a topic before. Forgive me if I did anything wrong.
I remember his interview with Frank Zappa, and I remember personally speaking to him on a blog (he was quite prolific 7 years ago). The man was certainly no friend of the liberal media, and he was one of the few people who would stand up to Zappa and the rest of the people peddling filth.
Amen. John, you are in the arms of our savior.
You did it right.
Sorry to hear of John’s passing.
Prayers up for his loved ones.

R.I.P. John Lofton.
His Zappa interview is classic.
I used to love reading his columns, as well as Gary North, Rushdoony, Chilton and others, till I realized that I didn’t agree with the most extreme of their views, like stoning people for blasphemy and making homosexuality a capital offense.
I don’t like the current government but I think a government run like Calvin’s Geneva or one based on Luther’s views on Jews would be horrific.
There’s got to be a middle that doesn’t call for the execution of people who blaspheme or expel Jews...

No kidding.
Rest in Peace.
He was an inspiration to me in my foundational years as a conservative back in the early 1980s. RIP John.
Lofton was a warrior for Christian Conservatism and will be missed.
Priceless. Lofton had a way of getting to the point.
