But you have to recognize that this method cannot be used against ISIS while they hide among the population. There is very little civilian population left in the middle east. get the few remaining Christians and Jews out of harms way then nuke the entire area.. All moslems are terrorists. Their scriptures leave them no other option. Some are active, and some are sleepers, but all are our enemies.
