Standard design PSP Station. No secure/access controlled parking area. Way too much cover for a sniper.
Thing is, it adjustments were made to make the station more secure, like adding secure/access controls and clearing cover to deprive snipers of a nest the usual crowd would be wailing away about the militarization of the police, that the police are walling themselves off from the citizens, that barriers would be built engendering mistrust. . .the usual. . .
