Do you have evidence that homemade alcohol, legal and illegal, is more than a drop in the bucket of the commercial alcohol market? Sure, the commercial stuff is a billion dollar industry but if you think making drugs legal is going to get rid of the black market, you are kidding yourself.

It's going to reduce the black market to about the size of the alcohol black market - which will be a clear win for everyone but the criminals.
