And that is as it should be. I understand the dynamic you’re referencing. There are plenty of good people out there. We had a number of highly professional accomplish blacks at my former place of employment.
The attitudes were in sync with all other employees. It was a good working environment.
I have also seen blacks hired into jobs where there was a quick pace required, and they chose not to stick around.
Same thing happens with whites too.
The lady who got me into it is a millionaire from it and she still has plenty of time for her family. My dad, who passed away not long after 9/11, told me that about the only people who had plenty to eat and nice things during the Great Depression were the successful salesmen and their families.
