Back in the 1970’s I was given a subscription to the National Audubon magazine by a relative. It had lots of pretty photos of wildlife. It also had articles of doom for every animal. Nothing has come to pass. As one gets older you see a pattern of the hucksters. No different then the guy with the sandwich board saying the “End is Near”.

Actually, there’s something a bit more nefarious at hand than the guy with the sandwich board.

Liberals must keep the idea of a doomed earth as an issue, but it is also absolutely imperative that they provide the “salvatation” route of “you’re a good person for caring about it, and for supporting those who want to do something about it, like destroy our way of life”.
