Another NBA owner has been caught making racist remarks, but it doesn

That is clearly Ted Nugent’s fault.
Baraq Hussein Ubama didn’t have to step down when he engaged in a partisan witchhunt on the TEA party using the IRS and calling patriotic men, women, and children “teabaggers” (e.g. ‘faggots’).
If he’d had a harddrive crash no one would ever have known. Not even the recipient. I know this because that’s the lie that’s been sold by the IRS.
I guess I’m racist, because I don’t see anything particularly bad there. Some valid points and valid questions.
I read his entire email, and I did not think it racist: it was a statement of fact and could be viewed, IMHO, as an effort on behalf of Levenson to initiate a conversation within the Atlanta Hawk management team of “how to improve fan turnout at home games.”
HST, in contemporary America, anytime a white person tries to point out a situation relative to black persons, you can bet that one of the many race pimps (both black and white!) lurking out there in the “popular culture smog” will scream “RACISM,” and initiate a smear campaign against said white person.
I don’t fault Levenson at all, and, in a just world, his email would be taken to heart by the Atlanta Hawks management and used as a starting point for a continuous improvement program.
His lawyers are probably advising him to take the money and run.
This guy is a dikk.
I wouldn’t put it past him to “out” himself to force a sale of the team and make more money. Too bad he won’t get his pro-rata share of $2 billion for his crap of a franchise.
Especially considering Levenson had to report this allegedly “racist” e-mail himself two years after the fact. Apparently the e-mail just wasn’t any source of concern for two years, but now it suddenly is, following, as it does, the precedent recently set in the Donald Sterling affair, where an owner’s “racism” can result in a highly profitable opportunity.
Sterling was a one-off. It is unlikely that anybody else would be willing to pay such an over-price for a team.
I can guarantee a black led group will buy the team, it’s Atlanta, it’s the nba and they wanted a black group to buy the clippers.
If basketball ceased to exist tomorrow the only noticeable thing would be the increase in crime.
Was it on the Tonight Show, Charley Weaver used to have the schtick where he read supposed letters from back home in Mt. Idy? Now picture an act called Black Mail in which a Flip Wilson type reads letters supposedly from Aunt Lurdine back home in Younameit.....or not..
Yeah.. but the only one that could get away with it is Dave Chapelle..
Maybe...... Andrew Clay Dice.. with a white audience..
with a black audience them folks would go “native”..
the truth can really hurt..
The criminal statistics on blacks in the US.. is almost obscene.. at least bizarro world..
REALLY... A whole race basically aborting themselves TO DEATH.. with NO DADDIES?..
Converted to humor would not be like the Three Stooges.. meet the Keystone Cops..
Would be like “The Highway to Hell Sausage Factory”....
Gruesome Carnage with grinding noises..
OH!.. and most/many mothers basically in the intellectual level of KoKO the Gorilla OR LESS... WoW..
This article is misleading. I read that this guy reported himself and, in essence, fired himself.
Only about 1/3 of the fan base is black. A little less than half is white, and about 16% is Hispanic. Other ethnicities make up the rest.
Not in Atlanta....
That’s the league average.
Why invite thuggery to my home the NBA is a black league if we want to be honest.
