For two years, Pascal Husting’s employer chartered a jet to shuttle him most weeks between his home in Luxembourg and his office in Amsterdam.

Such trips are common for executives at major international corporations in Western Europe.

But Mr. Husting isn’t working for a corporation. He is the international program director for Greenpeace, the nonprofit that is arguably the world’s most high-profile environmental advocacy organization.

Well gee whiz. It looks to be about 250 miles so why wouldn't you use a private jet to save the 4 hour drive so that you can do some REALLY important work to save man/woman/transgenderkind from ourselves? Time to fuel up the 'ol sea shepard to do some more high seas pirating. Avast matey.

There is no liberal alive who is not a supreme hypocrite. They all preach one thing yet do the exact opposite because they believe that they shouldn’t have to sacrifice like the hoi polloi.

There is NO embarrassing these people. They are much better qualified than us to tell us what WE should do and how we should live. In their minds anyway. Besides, they probably buy carbon credits to offset their travel.

Expect moneyed Tides Network types to bike to save the raindrops, tree stumps and endangered pilchards? Think again.

They are about control and anti-capitalism. They simply use the environmental rhetoric to keep so many Useful Idiots supporting them.

I remember a global baloney conference held in Tahiti.
There were so many private jets arriving that they had to have the jets drop off their VIPs and take off right away to make room for more global conscience beings arriving. I suspect this guy is owned by some arab country to hobble competing industry like Al Gore is owned.

Leo Dicaprio yacht he used this year.
