There’s a problem with this program, when you get to school children, their metabolic rates are highly variable. For instance, I could eat an entire little Caesar’s pizza one evening in a week, and when I graduated. High School, I was 6’2” and only 159lbs. What I ate would make a lot of teenagers go overweight, but it didn’t carry that effect. My body also didn’t accumulate cholesterol to any serious degree either. These dieting ideas sound a little harsh for athletic, super metabolic individuals such as myself.

I always looked almost anorexic. Very high metabolism. My boyfriend nicknamed me greyhound. lol
When I was in high school I actually bought this powder that you added to milk guaranteed to put lbs. on you. Didn’t work. I would have starved on Michelle’s menu.
