As for what Mark is talking about, Bush set the “Not all muzzies are bad” rhetoric. He called for them to show they are good and related allah with Jehovah.

I have muzzie friends. They know I do not see Islam as a legit religion, and they love me because I am not wishy washy.

If Bush had declared a vendetta against islam, we would not be dealing with these issues today.
