The entire story gets murkier and stinkier as time goes by.

anyone know the status of the grand jury or the toxicology tests? How about any more information on the cop’s injuries?

It wouldn’t matter if Brown were ressurrected and said he went for his gun and charged him, Sharpton would still say he is lying. Doesn’t fit the narrative you know...

Lying is the number one character trait that Dear Leader is famous for. Facts do not matter in this case, it’s all about convicting Whitey.

He should be arrested for inciting a riot now

Not a very credible witness and not very smart lies.

Still, he was smart enough to not get shot. So there is that in his favor.

"Johnson’s attorney, Freeman Bosley Jr., declined to respond on camera, but wrote that his client’s reported deception has “..nothing to do with a police officer shooting an unarmed man six times, two times in the head. This is called using excessive force.”

Yes it does, and you're stupid. How the hell did you get a law degree, Bosley?

Doesn't matter - Obama and Holder's election-year political circus has rolled through town, and the spectacle was held. It may be left to others to clean up the sh** at the place where it was held, but the rest of the country won't know or care.

Basic law school courses should have taught you that it certainly DOES have a lot to do with the believability of your client’s version of events. As for “using excessive force”, any law student would know that your conclusion is merely a statement of opinion arrived at before the evidence has been presented and, therefore, carries no weight.

Am wondering too. Shouldn’t take long to get a grand jury verdict one way or another. The point is a quick review to say whether there is anywhere close to enough evidence of wrongdoing that a regular trial is even remotely viable.

That it’s taking this long indicates the prosecution is trying reeeeeeal hard to find _something_, _anything_ to at least get him into a regular courtroom - precisely because there _isn’t_any_evidence_ but sociopolitical motives compel them to stick him with _something_, regardless of how they have to abuse the system to get past the GJ phase.

Dorian’s version is what the media ran with and will continue to repeat whatever the investigation turns up. It looks like he may have talked to the other “eyewitnesses” so they got their stories straight before telling them to the media. It would be interesting if someone could give a truthful account of what Dorian was doing in those critical seconds just before and during the shooting. Was he about to tackle Officer Wilson from behind as Brown was charging at him?

Bosley did the right thing for his client by not responding on camera. But by responding on paper, he has created an opportunity for another lawyer to challenge his point in court. And IMO, that was not very bright.

People in MO may not mind a lie or two, just so long as one does not say “legitimate” rape.

I thought the ‘witness’ in question had been pretty much exposed not being credible some time ago.
