If Rand Paul really wants to raise issues in the campaign, he should challenge Hillary for the Democrat presidential nomination and hold her to a series of debates.
Plus running as a Democrat would change the opinion of 42% of those opposing his dual campaign effort.

RE :”
Sixty-six percent of Kentucky voters oppose changing a state law to allow Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) to run for president and reelection to the Senate at the same time, according to a new poll.” Rand Paul's headache ping!
Of course Paulists will respond by claiming that Ted Cruz is not eligible (a birther term) to run for POTUS.
Popcorn time.

Let Rand run for President if he must, but keep him out of the Senate next time.

We must not forget that he endorsed Mitch McConnell in the primary. I’m sure Mitch will help him out on this.
