They are enemy combatants and should bed treated as such.
I think execution for treason is more appropriate.
Exile is for non-capital offenses.
I don’t see the point of wasting lives, time, and money to go get them. Exterminate them from the air just like we do with their pals.
If the U.K. is going to keep these jihadists out of their country, there is no excuse for our doing the same. Even if we have to “lead from behind” the U.K.

Why would they be exiled, or released?
Why would they be set free to join America’s enemies? They are also the enemy.
Kill them while you have them! And while you’re at it, finish off that bunch down in Gitmo - they’re all cut from the same cloth.
