Well I don’t want to pass judgment on him. People who weren’t involved in passing Prop 187 don’t have a reason to be as familiar with what went on as those who had a dog in the fight. It was 20 years ago after all and memories get hazy.

But the way that Pfaelzer sat on her decision for three years reeked of collusion with Gray Davis. Those two conspired to insure that no one would get a chance to review her decision which overturned the votes of millions of California voters.

If she was an ethical jurist, and I’m convinced that she is not, then she should have wanted her decision to be approved by the court of appeals. You never heard a peep out of the witch about the way that Davis made sure that that didn’t happen, and I’m sure that she worked with him to make sure that it wouldn’t be appealed. She was about as impartial as Lois Lerner.

This rule by judiciary is one of the worst aspects of current American government. Why vote? It doesn’t matter anyway. If a judge wants to grant foreign nationals, illegal aliens, special rights they will just order it done. If a judge wants to legalize gay marriage they will just order it done. The joke is on anyone who thinks that their vote has anything to do with government. The real rulers don’t run for office, they get appointed to the bench.

I agree. However when someone who clearly does not know what occurred then claims others do not have the facts, has a tendency to inflame. It's why the poster bailed out of the thread rather quickly after making some of the lefts canned comments.

But the way that Pfaelzer sat on her decision for three years reeked of collusion with Gray Davis.

For those paying attention, there was never a question about this. Davis never supported the measure anyway and clearly wanted it buried.

California and prop 187 was way ahead of the rest of the country on this. This was an historic free election of the people.

The people won big, the clear majority spoke loud and clear, that they'd had enough, voted and won.

In a nutshell the corrupt state government and their federal corrupt co-conspirators declared the election illegal and burned the ballots after the big victory.

Many years after 187 we are now seeing this type of corrupt government intrusion on a daily, wholesale national scale.

And the results of this massive government intrusion regarding 187, can now be seen coast to coast as the illegal invasion millions only escalated.

I have been here just under 3 years and this is a new one for me.

I have never had anyone take my one specific comment and blow it up with false assumptions about my position, what I know and what my involvement in an issue was.

I live in California and have made numerous posts about illegal aliens. So it adds to the puzzlement.

I gave up on the other guy, but I was surprised to see someone else jump in and support his false assumptions about me.

I’m done with you also on this issue, but needed to comment on your post.

Strange.
