Wrong....After Californian's big victory regarding 187, the state govenrment along with the federal judge, and federal co-conspirators declared their election illegal, and burned the ballots. Any appeal would have been lost anyway.
The fix was in way before the last ballot was cast.
If you haven't figured out by now the Feds are up to their necks in all this, you never will.
